KABASTRA uses a peer review process system and emphasizes the double-blind peer-review technique. Acceptance or rejection of articles will be decided by the editorial board based on the results of the review recommended by the reviewers. There is no communication between the author and the editor regarding the rejection decision. Before entering the review process, all manuscripts will be checked whether they are free from plagiarism practices using plagiarism checker software. If there is very high plagiarism, the manuscript will be returned to the author.

The editors have the right to suggest that the authors have a manuscript that conforms to the template, has been corrected, and edited before being submitted to the KABASTRA journal. The editor can refuse the publication of manuscripts whose authors do not comply with the editor's suggestions.
