Abstract

The use of technology to increase multicultural literacy in language and literature learning is an effective strategy for developing students' language skills and cultural understanding. Technology allows broad access to diverse information sources, such as online learning platforms, educational applications, and social media, which help students understand and appreciate cultural differences. Platforms such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, and Zoom allow students from diverse backgrounds to learn together virtually , without being limited by geographic location. By using this technology, teachers can create more engaging and relevant learning experiences for all students. Technology also allows students to access information in multiple languages, so they can learn about other cultures without being limited by language. Social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter can be used to broaden cultural horizons and encourage cross-cultural understanding. Implementation of this technology increases student motivation and engagement, and helps them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Therefore, the integration of technology in a multicultural education system is very important to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs).
