Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kota Magelang

Abstract

The performance of MSMEs is considered to be one of the benchmarks in achieving company goals. Performance improvement of MSMEs will bring progress for a business to be able to survive in the competition and not going become bankrupt. This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial management behavior on MSME performance. The sample of this research using 111 SME repondenses in Magelang City. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis testing in this research using multiple linear regression. Based on the data, it is found that the result of financial literacy and financial management behavior have a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMEs in Magelang City.
