Jurnal Tumbuhan Obat Indonesia is published periodically twice a year. Result or review written by researcher from university or research Institute. Journal TOI has had an ISSN print version since 2008 and has an online Volume 6 number 1 year 2013.
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The author should declare the article free from plagiarism and stated in the ethical statement (Surat Pernyataan Etika Publikasi).

Pedoman Penulisan Artikel Jurnal TOI
Artikel yang dikirim harus sesuai dengan ketentuan umum sebagai berikut:
Artikel belum pernah diterbitkan pada jurnal lain, dan atau tidak sedang dalam proses penerbitan oleh Jurnal lain.
Artikel yang pernah disampaikan dalam pertemuan ilmiah harap diberi catatan kaki mengenai pertemuan tersebut.
File naskah dalam format Microsoft word.
Ukuran kertas A4 (21 cm x 29,7 cm).
Batas kiri-kanan atas-bawah masing-masing 2,5 cm.
Spasi 1.5, jenis font cambria, ukuran font 11, kecuali jika dinyatakan lain.
Jumlah halaman setiap artikel maksimla adalah 10 halaman termasuk tabel dan gambar. Tabel font Cambria ukuran 10,5, spasi 1,15, keterangan tabel font Cambria ukuran 9.
Artikel disertai dengan klirens etik yang ditandatangani oleh penulis.
Artikel yang disajikan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan jurnal akan dikembalikan.
Tabel, grafik dan gambar disisipkan dalam naskah, dengan resolusi minimal 300 dpi. Beri nomor dan keterangan yang jelas di atas tabel dan di bawah gambar/grafik.
Batas maksimal plagiasi 20%.
Literatur yang dicantumkan dalam daftar pustaka adalah yang benar-benar disitasi dan berasal dari sumber aslinya, sehingga tautan yang tertulis dalam daftar pustaka dapat ditelusur.
