Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

METATHESIS: Journal of English Language, Literature, and Teaching publishes the articles from various perspectives based on the focus and scope. All papers submitted to this journal must be written in good English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their paper be checked before submission for grammar and clarity.  The work should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. 

1. General Author Guidelines 
All manuscripts must be submitted to METATHESIS: Journal of English Language, Literature, and Teaching editorial office using Open Journal System where Author should register first as Author role. If authors have any problems with the online submission, please contact the editorial office at the following email: metathesis@untidar.ac.id 

The manuscript submitted should be accompanied by a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form originally (scan the document after signed or signed electronically) [download here] by online through online submission interface (upload as Supplementary Files).

Copyright Notice

The copyright of the received article shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in various forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published articles.
